To configure a supervised input on a secure I/O module, you must first configure the
input as 4 state supervised in Config Tool, then configure the resistance
values on the Hardware page the Synergis™ Appliance Portal.
Procedure

From the hardware tree, select the secure I/O module you added while creating the OSDP
channel and click Edit ().

In the Properties dialog box, enter the Physical
address for the module.

Click Save.

Connect to Security Center with Config Tool.

From the Config Tool homepage, open the Access control task, and
click the Roles and units view.

From the entity tree, select the
Synergis Cloud Link unit to which the secure I/O module is
connected.

Click the Peripherals tab and expand the secure I/O module you
want to configure.

Double-click the input that you want to configure.

In the Edit input dialog box, set the Contact
type to 4 state supervised.

Select Normally open or Normally closed
as required and click Save.
The bus takes about 5 seconds to reset.

If you have more inputs to supervise, repeat steps 8 - 10.

Click the Portal tab and click .

In the Inputs section, configure the supervised inputs with their
correct resistance values.

Click Save.
