Synergis Appliance Portal enhancements
- Advanced URL console
- You can now manage advanced settings and features on the Synergis Cloud Link
appliance through HTTP requests using the Advanced URL console
page in the
Synergis™
Appliance Portal. The Advanced URL console supports GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE
requests, accepts JSON or XML payloads, and provides breadcrumb navigation.

- User management
- User
management is now centralized on the new Users page in the
Synergis Appliance Portal. Administrators can create or delete user accounts and
update passwords for other users from a single interface, simplifying ongoing
administration.

Mercury controller integration enhancements
- Improved authentication for Mercury controller communications
- Synergis
Softwire now supports mutual TLS (mTLS) authentication for Mercury LP and MP
controllers running Mercury firmware version 2.9.0 or later. This enhancement provides
certificate-based authentication on both ends of the connection, strengthening device
identity verification and securing controller communications.

- View Mercury certificates in the Synergis Appliance Portal
- A new Mercury certificates section is added in the Synergis Appliance Portal under . This section centralizes certificate information for Mercury controllers and the access control appliance, making it easier to verify certificate status and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
