Synergis™ Cloud Link 3.5.0 includes the following known issues.

authenticate with the RADIUS server. Workaround:
Trigger a manual
authentication from the RADIUS server to restore access. |
| Mercury | 5098118 | When you change the turnstile mode on a Mercury controller running firmware 2.9.0, connected OSDP readers might momentarily lose power, briefly interrupting reader availability. |
| Mercury | 5014602 | Some Mercury controllers ship with an invalid host communication certificate that prevents mTLS authentication. For more information, see KBA-79287. |
| Mercury | 4961301 | A Mercury MP controller enrolled as an LP controller appears as an MP controller on the Mercury controller settings page in the Synergis Appliance Portal. |
| Mercury | 4823132 | If the Mercury driver gets overloaded, the controller goes offline and then comes back online. |
