Mercury integration enhancements

Support for Mercury MP series controllers

The new line of Mercury MP controllers is now supported in Synergis Cloud Link 3.1.2 and Security Center 5.12.1.0.

Note: Mercury MP4502 is not currently supported with HID pivCLASS, TI EntryPoint, or the BEST Wi-Q lock integration.

New firmware certification for Synergis Softwire

• Mercury LP1501, LP1502, LP2500, and LP4502 firmware 2.1.0

Note: Upgrading to version 2.1.0 can take up to an hour and you can’t downgrade from that version.

New hardware integrations

Secure I/O module integration

You can now connect the following secure I/O modules directly to the RS-485 channel of your Synergis Cloud Link unit:

STid secure I/O module

Genetec proprietary I/O module that has 8 inputs, 1 tamper, 1 AC or Battery fail, and 8 outputs.

phg secure I/O module

I/O module from phg that has 4 inputs, 1 tamper connected to the casing, and 4 outputs.

Note: Both secure I/O modules are only available in Europe.
