Mercury integration enhancements
- Support for Mercury MP series controllers
- The new line of Mercury MP controllers is now supported in Synergis Cloud Link 3.1.2
and Security Center 5.12.1.0.Note: Mercury MP4502 is not currently supported with HID pivCLASS, TI EntryPoint, or the BEST Wi-Q lock integration.

- New firmware certification for Synergis Softwire

- Mercury LP1501, LP1502, LP2500, and LP4502 firmware 2.1.0
Note: Upgrading to version 2.1.0 can take up to an hour and you can’t downgrade from that version.For more information, see Supported Mercury firmware versions in Synergis Softwire 11.5.3.
New hardware integrations
- Secure I/O module integration
- You can now connect the following secure I/O modules directly to the RS-485 channel of
your Synergis Cloud Link unit:
- STid secure I/O module
- Genetec proprietary I/O module that has 8 inputs, 1 tamper, 1 AC or Battery fail, and 8 outputs.
- phg secure I/O module
- I/O module from phg that has 4 inputs, 1 tamper connected to the casing, and 4 outputs.
