Synergis™ Cloud Link 3.3.0 includes Synergis™ Softwire 12.0.0 and the following enhancements.

Synergis Appliance Portal enhancements

Cloud connectivity settings moved to the Synergis Synergis Appliance Portal
You can now configure all the cloud connectivity settings for Synergis Cloud Link units enrolled in Security Center SaaS or Security Center SaaS Edition (Classic) systems in the Synergis™ Appliance Portal. Starting in Synergis Cloud Link 3.3.0, the Cloud Agent Portal is deprecated.
The following cloud-related settings were also moved:
Communicate with the cloud for enrollment
Setting moved within the Synergis Appliance Portal from Configuration > Unit-wide parameters to Configuration > Cloud connectivity .
Fully qualified hostname
Setting moved from the Cloud Agent Portal to the Synergis Appliance Portal under Configuration > Network > Hostname > Cloud .

Secure I/O module integration enhancements

New tamper event suppression for phg secure I/O modules
The tamper detection switch on top of the phg secure I/O module triggers tamper events continuously when the module is installed without its cover. To prevent this, you can now configure the phg secure I/O module to suppress tamper inputs, so that tamper events are ignored in Security Center.

For more information, see Configuring phg secure I/O modules to ignore tamper events.

New debounce option for secure I/O modules and Synergis Cloud Link
You can now filter out false events from unstable input signals by configuring the new Debounce (ms) option for the inputs on secure I/O modules and Synergis Cloud Link appliances. The option indicates the amount of time an input can be in a changed state (for example, changed from Active to Normal) before the state change is reported.

For secure I/O modules, you can configure the Debounce (ms) option in the Synergis Appliance Portal or in Config Tool from the OSDP page on the unit's Hardware page. For more information, see Configuring supervised inputs on secure I/O modules.

For Synergis Cloud Link appliances, you can configure the option in Config Tool from the Onboard IO page on the unit's Hardware page. For more information, see Configuring the monitoring inputs on the Synergis Cloud Link appliance.
