Secure I/O module integration enhancements
- New tamper event suppression for phg secure I/O modules
- The tamper detection switch on top of the phg secure I/O module triggers tamper
events continuously when the module is installed without its cover. To prevent this,
you can now configure the phg secure I/O module to suppress tamper inputs, so that
tamper events are ignored in Security Center.
For more information, see Configuring phg secure I/O modules to ignore tamper events.
- New debounce option for secure I/O modules and Synergis Cloud Link
- You can now filter out false events from unstable input signals by configuring the
new Debounce (ms) option for the inputs on secure I/O modules
and Synergis Cloud Link appliances. The option indicates the amount of time an input
can be in a changed state (for example, changed from Active to Normal)
before the state change is reported.
For secure I/O modules, you can configure the Debounce (ms) option in the Synergis Appliance Portal or in Config Tool from the OSDP page on the unit's Hardware page. For more information, see Configuring supervised inputs on secure I/O modules.
For Synergis Cloud Link appliances, you can configure the option in Config Tool from the Onboard IO page on the unit's Hardware page. For more information, see Configuring the monitoring inputs on the Synergis Cloud Link appliance.
