The following issues are resolved in Synergis™ Cloud Link 3.3.2.
| Interface module | Issue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| All | 5034277 | On the Storage page of the Synergis™ Appliance Portal, when you click the Delete archived and obsolete logs option, audit logs are incorrectly deleted. |
| All | 4944086 | In peer-to-peer setups, peer units such as Synergis™ Cloud Link or Axis Powered by Genetec cannot connect to the Axis Powered by Genetec unit. |
| All | 4857212 | If the Access granted event is delayed beyond the door’s grant and entry time, the cardholder is not correctly moved into or out of the area. |
| All | 4841595 | OSS doors are incorrectly included in the total door count, triggering a door count warning when the supported limit is exceeded. |
| All | 4825888 | Shunting an active special input, such as Input Tamper, Input PowerMonitor, Input BatteryFailed, or Input ACFailed, doesn't remove the warning in Security Center. |
| All | 4664224 | If a MIFARE DESFire smart card configuration is changed on any door controller by the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit, inputs can lose their state. |
| Mercury | 4823099 | Simultaneous addition and deletion of zones can cause the Mercury controller to return a NAK when operating at the maximum zone limit. |
| Mercury | 4899708 | Schedule coverage changes are only applied to elevator schedules after a restart, Synergis Softwire restart, or a manual sync from Config Tool. |
| Mercury | 4634000 | The Entry detected event isn't activated when a cardholder presents a credential at an unlocked door. |
| RIO | 4664559 | It's possible to create multiple RIO interfaces with the same unique ID, causing events to be lost in Security Desk. |
| STid | 5034176 | When two STid SSCP V2 readers with firmware version 15 are connected to the same bus, only one comes online. The other continuously attempts to establish a session and fails. |
| Synergis IX | 4665845 | When a door is controlled by a Synergis™ IX unit with two OSDP readers on the same port, the Access denied event is reported on the incorrect door side. |
